“Leaf of Light” was presented at the CIAF FESTIVAL 24 in September 2021, at Ballantyne Backyard, NC.

 

Being sponsored by Blumenthal Arts, Leaf of Light is an interactive metal leaf structure with solar panels for charging phones at festivals.

Inspiration to create this work of art was sparked by curiosity a found leaf’s beauty and its solar potential.

Then the idea for the Leaf of Light Interactive charging hub was born. This visionary project is made of a white metal structure adorned with solar

​

panels on one side. Other features included perforated panels allowing for solar illumination and ventilation.
